A - Pinch & Mumdance - Turbo Mitzi

AA - Pinch & Mumdance - Whiplash

Recorded over two days in Bristol, “Turbo Mitzi” and “Whiplash” were the first tracks Pinch & Mumdance collaborated on, leading to a fruitful few years recording and touring together.  

There is a VIP version of “Turbo Mitzi” called “Double Barrelled Mitzi,” originally recorded as a dub for Pinch & Mumdance’s respective DJ sets. It was released a year later on Pinch’s Tectonic label. 

There was a limited run of Turbo Mitzi tshirts in black and white. 

Mumdance and Pinch became friends in 2013. They have DJ’d all over the world together and released a string of EPs including “Strobe Light” and “Big Slug” featuring Riko Dan.

In 2014 they released “Pinch b2b Mumdance," a mix CD that was seen by many as a landmark in the UK timeline of underground club music.
