Mumdance and Toy Selectah worked together numerous times between 2009 and 2012, releasing “Ani” on Toy’s “Mex Machine” EP, through Mad Decent and “Vampiro” on Mumdance’s 2010 “Different Circles - The Mixtape.”

Their music was recorded during a British Council cultural exchange residency in Mexico City in 2010 and the Notre Sonoro Residency project in Monterrey, organised by NRMAL in 2011.
